Hydraulically crimped Nitrile and PTFE core braided hoses are the professional's choice for motorsport applications where reliability and performance are non-negotiable. Unlike other fittings, hydraulic crimping creates a permanent, leak-free connection that withstands extreme pressure, vibration, and the thermal cycling of high-performance engines.
We stock nitrile core hoses from AN6 to AN16, ideal for fuel, oil, and coolant lines, offering excellent resistance to petroleum-based fluids. Our PTFE core range, available from AN4 to AN12, goes a step further — handling aggressive fluids such as brake fluid and ethanol-blended fuels with virtually zero permeation, even under sustained high temperatures. Both types feature a stainless steel (PTFE only) or black Nylon over-braid for abrasion resistance and burst-pressure capability well beyond the demands of even the most extreme racing environments.

Using thermal cameras, 3D scanning, and full CAD design, we can provide a solution that's proven, using our in-house dynamometer.
