WHY IT MATTERS
FOUR CONTACT
PATCHES.
EVERYTHING ELSE IS
DETAIL.
Power is wasted if the chassis can’t put it down. Factory alignment figures are a compromise built around comfort and tyre life for a standard car — once you’ve changed ride height, wheels, tyres, bushes or coilovers, they no longer apply.
We measure and set your car’s geometry and corner weights with the driver’s weight accounted for, so it turns in sharper, puts power down cleaner and behaves the same way turning left as it does turning right.
The same people who build and tune your car set it up — so the set-up suits the build.
SERVICES
WHAT WE SET UP

LASER WHEEL ALIGNMENT
Four-wheel laser alignment of camber, caster and toe, front and rear, with thrust angle checked so the car tracks straight. Set to road, fast-road or track figures — or your own spec.
-
Camber, caster & toe — front and rear
-
Thrust angle & steering wheel centred
-
Before & after readings supplied

CORNER WEIGHING
The car is weighed at each corner on level scales, with driver ballast in the seat. Spring perches are adjusted to balance cross weight so the car handles evenly in both directions.
-
Individual corner weights & total weight
-
Cross-weight balanced with driver ballast
-
Front/rear & left/right distribution recorded

SUSPENSION SET-UP
Coilover fitting and full set-up: ride height, rake, damper settings and a recorded baseline you can return to — then aligned and corner weighted as one job.
-
Coilover & arm installation
-
Ride height, rake & damper baseline
-
Set-up sheet for your records
CORNER WEIGHING EXPLAINED
BALANCE THE DIAGONALS.
Cross weight is the share of the car’s weight carried by one diagonal pair of wheels. When the diagonals are unequal, the car behaves differently in left- and right-hand corners and under braking.
By adjusting spring perch heights we move weight between the diagonals — without changing the car’s total weight — so the chassis is neutral and predictable.

HOW IT WORKS
THE SET-UP PROCESS
01
CONSULTATION

How you drive, where, on what tyres — and what the car does now that you don’t like.
02
INSPECTION

Bushes, ball joints, track rod ends and tyre pressures checked. Worn parts flagged before we set anything.
03
INSPECTION

Ride height set, then corner weights balanced with driver ballast on board.
04
LASER ALIGNMENT

Camber, caster and toe set to your agreed spec, then weights re-checked.
05
REPORT & ROAD TEST

You leave with a before/after set-up sheet — your baseline for the next track day.
